The wedding process
2.Have a chat
Choosing a wedding photographer is a big decision — it’s not just about the photos, it’s about finding someone you feel comfortable with, someone you can trust to be part of your day. That’s why I always recommend a relaxed chat before anything is booked.
Whether you prefer Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, or fancy meeting up for a proper cup of tea, I’d love to hear about your plans, answer any questions, and see if we’re the right fit for each other. No pressure, no hard sell — just a friendly conversation to find out if we’re a perfect match.
If that sounds good to you, get in touch and let’s get something in the diary.
4.Always happy to help
Think of me as your wedding wingman. I’m always just a message away — whether you need help with timings, supplier recommendations, or just have a random wedding question at 9pm. I’ve got your back every step of the way.
6.Your wedding day
On your wedding day, I’ll arrive nice and early — usually around two hours before the ceremony (depending on your package). I’ll blend into the background, capturing all the real, unfiltered moments as they unfold. Think of me as your documentary guest with a camera!
I’ll also make sure we get any group shots you’ve planned, lend a helping hand when needed, and keep things running smoothly so you can relax and enjoy every second. Together, we’ll tell the story of your day — naturally, beautifully, and full of heart and fun.
1.Get in touch
Check my availability. Please send me a message or an email, and I will let you know if I am available.
3.Get it booked
Brilliant! Booking is super simple:
Just fill out a quick booking form, sign the Ts & Cs, and pop over a 20% booking fee to secure your date.
The remaining balance is due six weeks before the big day — easy!
Let’s make some magic happen.
5.Before the big day
About 8 weeks before your wedding, I’ll be in touch to check in and make sure everything’s ticking along nicely. We can hop on a video call or, if you’re local, meet up for a cuppa and a proper chat.
We’ll go through the timings, answer any questions, and make sure everything’s in place so you can relax and enjoy the countdown to “I do.”
7.After your wedding day
Your wedding day is all about living in the moment — and I’ll be there to capture every one of them, quietly and naturally, as the story unfolds.
Once the confetti has settled and you’re off enjoying your honeymoon (cocktail in hand, I hope!), I’ll get to work. Within 48 hours, I can send you a handful of sneak peeks to relive the magic and share with friends.
Then it’s time for me to carefully edit your full gallery, making sure your story is told perfectly. You’ll receive your full collection within six weeks — ready to relive, share, and maybe even shed a few happy tears. Want an album? I’ve got you covered there too.
