Jacqui and Chris created the kind of wedding every documentary photographer dreams of. Set in the hills of Holmfirth, their DIY teepee celebration was full of character, chaos in the best possible way and moments that unfolded naturally. Nothing was staged and nothing needed to be. From friends pitching in to decorate the space to the laughter that carried across the field all day, it was a wedding built on personality and heart.

As a documentary wedding photographer, I loved being able to step back and let the story happen. Real reactions, real connections, and those blink-and-you-miss-them moments are exactly what I look for. This wedding had them in abundance and it was a joy to capture every part of it.
